Downloading data to a local machine with a different separator character, for example windows server with \ and a client with /, would extract all the files out into the data directory, rather than in project/data subdirectories.

Errors were being detected in the server app servlets, and we responded with an error message, but forget to set the response status to 500...

Added download data dialog that allows the user to choose whether to store XML versions of the record files in addition to the internal format, and whether the data directory should be cleaned.
