What is it?

Once the DevCreek plugin is installed on all the developer machines, real-time feedback about test practices will automatically update the web site.

How does it help the manager?

The web site provides an immediate manager's-level single-page view of the whole team's testing practices, whether the team is widely distributed or not, which can provide reassurance that practices are being followed or an early warning if they aren't.

It also enables verifiable claims about a team's actual testing practices, enabling stronger contract negotiations based on the use of good practices.
