One thin vertical tick is shown per test run: green when all test methods pass, red if any test method fails.
The most recent test run is shown on the left and ages towards the right with subsequent runs.

Rapid Alternations Rapid alternations between pass and failure suggests active testing.
Varying Alterations Varying alternation periods suggests different testing rhythms and activities.
Integration Progressing into repeated passes suggests refactoring before an integration.
All green Repeated test passes suggests a lack of active testing.
All red Repeated test failures suggests developer in trouble.
